Depending on the engagement, initial groundwork is conducted either on site or off site. Preliminary data gathering by your staff working with NoVa consulting staff can reduce costs.

Analysis

If an off site analysis is conducted no costs are incurred by the client.

If an on site analysis is conducted enabling NoVa consulting Associates LLC to become more familiar with your institutions unique operating processes, enviroment, culture, resources and systems, costs incurred are reimburseable to NoVa Consulting Associates LLC if you decide not to go ahead with the engagement.

Proposal

With the proposal NoVa Consulting Associates LLC will provide:

1. The range of the revenue opportunity found

2. The engagement scope

3. Approach and methodology to be used during the project

4. Engagement duration time

5. Professional fee for the engagement and NoVa Consulting Associates LLC guarantee as to the minimum increased earnings that a client will achieve upon acceptance and implementation of the solutions presented
